The Tommy Rap
(The Antibiotic Mix).
This song was written by Nigel (Thomas's cat sitter) and details his adventures with Thomas one week when I was away on holiday. Thomas had developed a sore throat and wouldn't eat, so he had to have his antibiotics mixed with water and squirted into his mouth. He didn't enjoy this very much, but was better by the time I got back, so I never had to squirt him.
| I was walking round the house one morning | So I walked up to my bowl |
| When I thought I heard a little noise. | And was hoping for some fish |
|
There was a monster coming in the door |
But I must be really stupid |
| but he hadn't brought me toys. | 'Cause there was nothing in my dish |
| He put on mummy's apron | He grabbed me from behind |
| I thought he looked just like a perv | And I gave a little yelp |
|
Then he produced a squirty thing |
Before I knew it he had squirted me |
| Which I'm sure I don't deserve. | And it was too late to call for help! |
| We has a fight on the sofa | Well he got the better of me this time |
| And I clawed him on the bed | But I will not give in. |
| Then I shot outside to cry "murder" | when he comes round tomorrow |
| But remembered I'd not been fed! | I'll be hiding in the bin |
